sneaker alert_public royalty

Punk or Funk? Well Both.
In the midst of all of the financial turmoil, teens have not lost the need to dress to impress. The latest trend in sneakers are high tops in an array of colors. One such brand that couples the retro look with the swagga street style for men is Public Royalty. This brand of shoe is a branch off of the women’s line Punkrose. Both of these lines offer high tops, lo tops, and also casual shoes at a reasonable price. Public Royalty usually falls in the $25 to $70 range. So whether you’re looking for a shoe to match your fluorescent yellow shirt or to complement your plaid cardigan, do it in style with Public Royalty’s fashion kicks.

These would go best with a nice pair of skinny or straight leg jeans. I currently own a pair and they're the shizz. They come with lots of colorful laces as well.

OMG, WTF!

Dyshaun from the new CW TV show Stylista was the runner-up on the season-finale! He was sooo close to winning! I believe he should have won over Johanna. I did not like her. She was very inexperienced and didn't know what she was doing.

Sound Off.

remember the name_mian cash

Hola, I'm Mian Cash at age 17, currently a student at Anson High school in Wadesboro, NC. I love fashion and dance...and all it has to offer!! I believe fashion has no true definition, because if so, then who is it to say that fashion is really fashion? Any who, when getting into my "Fashion Zone", I tend to dress weird, crazy, dramatic, eye-catching. Wearing anything from as little as a glove, to a new creation shoe from DTLR. To me its not where you purchase, but how you own it. I love shopping at Rue 21, DTLR, Cache and Express. As far as the future goes, I'm an aspiring model/dancer who believes that getting dressed is like a job...and you must WORK!!

on my ipod_kidz in the hall

First off the dudes in this Hip-Hop duo have a nice little urban swag.
They are most of the time seen photographed in a tee and baggy jeans. Not very different from what's already out there.

More importantly there hit song (Love Hangover) is addictive. Estelle featured on the track really put's both there names out there. Overall this is an awesome feel good dance song. View the music video here.

what i wear_day thirteen

This was a very cold night, I still don't own an official coat so I have to LAYER, LAYER, LAYER. I hate those leather gloves that I have on. Your probably wondering why I only have on one and that is because I have to keep taking them off to text, tie my shoe, dig in my pockets, etc. lol. Being broke sucks! When I get some money I am going to get some simple cotton gloves.

Inspiration: Doubled Up

Instead of wearing a v-neck sweater with a button-up oxford, try throwing on a v-neck t-shirt under the sweater. This can easily dress down a sweater. Make sure the "V" of the t-shirt is still visible, (but not too much). You don't want to defeat the purpose of adding the shirt.
