When I first saw this outfit I instantly thought of a sherbet or mint ice-cream concoction.
The outfit is just too busy and not in a good way. I am not a hater of #teamminaj at all but, she needs to ditch the shoes and pull in something less pastel. A cute black heel would have sufficed.
I do have to say though, I love Nicki with short hair. It frames her cute face so perfectly!

the shoes are TO much.
she should have pulled it together with a nice solid colored heel.
