The tutu and the sparkly head band are both feminine and youthful and work really well together on Hannah.
Note: Take a risk with accessories you normally wouldn't wear to see if it works for you. A tutu could look costume-like if you don't know how to accessorize around it. Just make sure you don't look like you walked off a ballet stage.
