For about $30, you can turn any regular heel into your very own "Louboutin". This information was discovered from Blogger "Madison Avenue Spy"; her local cobbler will put the same red sole he uses to repair real Louboutins on any old shoe.
The blogger says the red vinyl used for the soles are purchased in large rolls and cut to custom size. A quick ebay search and you can find red rubber for around $6 and take to your own cobbler where you live.
