I have been seeing girls wear 'versions' of this now popular heel and finally got the skinny on who officially makes them. Here is Demi Lovato in a pair of Jeffrey Campbell Cutout Platform Heels [$168]. These look good for fall so I'm sure we will continue to see these throughout the seasons.
