So I'm now successfully on a size 4 gauge. I waited a little bit more time to up my size compare to last time. I can say that with each size you go up, the tighter the fit. So I suggest anyone doing this to wait as long as possible in between sizes after an 8G.
Note: I did experience a little bleeding after the third day with a 4G when I took out my taper to clean it. I was little hesitant to put it back in if it was going to just keep bleeding. Thankfully it stopped and we are still on the journey!
