1. For this dramatic, couture look all you need is a big bag of faux feathers from a hobby store, an old leather jacket and lots of hot glue.

3. This project may be more for the advanced DIY crafter, but the concept looks pretty self explanatory. This project would call for lots of scrap fabric and a steady hand on a sewing machine.
