Trend: Bare Your Breasts in The Name of Fashion

 Not saying this is a safe trend for the public streets, but nonetheless it is one. You know when the Trend setter of pop starts doing it, young girls everywhere will be trying it soon after.

Here is Rihanna headed to Da Silvano here in NYC last night. It was said that the restaurant she went to was not the appropriate atmosphere for her attire. Do you think any public location is though?
