November 7th, Victoria Secret will be taping the runway show for their annual production airing to the public on CBS Novemeber 29th. Here we have some of the behind the scenes looks from the models Adriana Lima and Chanel Iman who will be walking that night.
You wanna know Adriana's strict diet and work out plan she had to endure just for this show? Well most people wouldn't be able to do it I must say. Adriana started training back in August with a personal trainer. For the last 3 weeks she its been twice a day. 9 days before the, she stopped eating solids which means only protein shakes. Finally after drinking a gallon of water everyday, she then had to abstain from water for 12 hours before the show. Talk about strict.
